Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in our course!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply some of the content of the courses.

Should you feel that this course is not for you, or should you not be satisfied with the course you enrolled in after attending a cumulative 3-day session, we will give you a 100% refund (“Refund”) within the first 30 days of your enrollment.

In the event that you decide your purchase of courses was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 GMT +8.

However, to avail of the Refund, kindly note the following conditions:

  1. Within the first 30 days from the original date of purchase of one or any of the 21 online courses, you can request a refund.
  2. Send us a copy of the workbook you have created according to the course you have purchased together with the request for a refund.
  3. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the original date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you use the information.
  4. All refunds are discretionary as determined by biggerbetterme. If you download all the materials, take advantage of the special deals/discounts, and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Our generous refund policy was built to give people the opportunity to see if the Program is a good fit for their business. Stealing the material is NOT covered under this policy.

To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase (not even one day afterward) and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater. 

Notes about our refund policy:

- Refunds only apply to the initial 21 online courses or e-books. There are no refunds for any other programs, especially the one-on-one coaching sessions.
