Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in our course!
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply some of the content of the courses.
Should you feel that this course is not for you, or should you not be satisfied with the course you enrolled in after attending a cumulative 3-day session, we will give you a 100% refund (“Refund”) within the first 5 days of your enrollment.
In the event that you decide your purchase of courses was not the right decision, within 5 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 GMT +8.
However, to avail of the Refund, kindly note the following conditions:
- Within the first 5 days from the original date of purchase of one or any of the online courses, you can request a refund.
- Send us a copy of the workbook you have created according to the course you have purchased together with the request for a refund.
- No refunds will be given after 6 days from the original date of purchase. After day 6, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you use the information.
- All refunds are discretionary as determined by biggerbetterme. If you download all the materials, take advantage of the special deals/discounts, and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Our refund policy was built to give people the opportunity to see if the Program is a good fit for their goal. Stealing the material is NOT covered under this policy.
